Welcome back to the DS&T Newsletter! Our big news is that we're moving. Our new office is in Fairfax and we're using the new address already. Everything else will be the same: the phone number, e-mail address and web address. Of course, our commitment to high levels of service is the same! Terri has told many of you that she is leaving us to live permanently in Abu Dhabi where her husband is working. It was a tough decision for her to make and we hate to see her go. She and I have spent the last few months making sure our systems are in place for a seamless transition. We want our clients to have the same level of service you've always expected from us. Staged home sells in 1 day!
Last month we staged this home in Centreville. There was a very large sectional eating up the space in their family room. The room was quite spacious but didn't seem like it with the large pieces of furniture. We suggested to the homeowners that they replace it with this love seat and recliner. After we re-arranged the furniture, we dug into the owners' wonderful stash of artwork and made some colorful choices to add more interest to the room. Then we brought in some more lighting, a couple of extra end tables, some accessories and greenery from the homeowners' garden.
