Sarah Pearce

I'm a businesswoman by education but I've been creating things all my life. I started sewing and painting about 20 years ago. My husband was in the Army for many years and I learned to make homes all over the world with him. My Dad was also a career soldier, and I learned how to settle a home quickly from my Mom.
I am the paint color expert on the DS&T Team--I am a chronic, serial painter! I love studying color and choosing paint colors; on behalf of DS&T I enroll in every paint seminar that I can find. I experiment with paint colors in my home before recommending them for any of our DS&T Clients!
I'm also the resident window treatments consultant at DS&T. I love working with different fabrics and keeping up with trends in window treatments. The new finishes, materials and solutions for problem windows are endlessly updating; we do constant research to keep up with that at DS&T. We have a stable of consultants at DS&T who will fabricate any kind of window treatment that our clients need.
I'm very excited about being a part of DS&T. It's an amazing creative outlet and I'm proud to be associated with Team DS&T. I was fortunate enough to train with a celebrated stager and re-designer in pursuit of this business. I am anxious to bring the dynamic creativity of DS&T into your home or business!

Leslie Hoffman

Leslie is a Senior Designer at DS&T ReDesigned Interiors. She joined us in 2006, adding her robust design background and diverse design applications to the DS&T Team. Leslie has a variety of furniture experience from cabinet making and refinishing to high end sales. She has studied interior and floral design and has spent many years doing floral design. In addition to managing DS&T client redesign projects, Leslie specializes in shopping for DS&T clients and always manages to finds a bargain! She has spent a lot of time in horticultural settings and brings an element of landscape analysis to our home staging jobs so that the home's exterior is staged as well. She has a great eye for design and furniture arrangements and is a great asset to DS&T and our customers!
