Realtor of the Month

DS & T would like to spotlight Ken Tully as our realtor of the month. Ken is celebrating his 20th year as a Realtor. While Ken is happy to have been an NVAR Top Producer, he is most proud of the fact that over 95% of his business is from referrals. That speaks volumes about his attention to his clients. Ken has embraced technology as a way to market his listings and his business. Virtual tours featuring professional photography have proven to be a high impact way to reach potential buyers.

A valuable lesson learned is having the home staged before the virtual tour crew goes through. A home’s “first impression” has moved from the first step in the front door to the first “click” on a virtual tour.
