Including home-staging within their selling strategy has created a
system that works for all sides to help in quickly and effectively
achieving the sales we all are working toward. Below are some comments
Joe has shared with us about how he feels about staging and working with
DS&T ReDesigned Interiors…
"As a listing agent in a tough market, I need every advantage
possible. Traffic is down. Each showing is extremely important. A
home needs to be presented in the best light to take advantage of each
and every showing. DS&T makes it happen.
A while back I was referred to DS&T and am very grateful for all they
have done. The first home they worked on for me was a high end town
home in Ashburn. In a very crowded market, we got a contract rather
quickly while the competition lingered on the market. Not only did I
feel the presentation of the home was critical to getting it sold but at
settlement the sellers said that very thing to me. The
sellers were quite certain that without the staging done by DS&T,
they would have been looking at a much longer marketing time.
Whenever, I introduce my clients to another professional - a lender,
settlement attorney, home inspector, etc - I realize that the
recommendation is a reflection of me. The companies and individuals I
recommend must be courteous and professional or I could lose a
client. Every, and I mean every, client I have had DS&T work with has
commented on their professionalism and respectful manner. Let's face
it, their job is difficult. To walk into someone's home and suggest
different ways to arrange furniture, to ask them to remove personal
mementos, etc. is a very delicate situation. They pull it off with
respect and tact and get the homeowner involved as their partner in the
job at hand. I couldn't be happier." |
